Xiaomi is a privately owned Chinese electronics company with headquartered in Beijing, China. It is the world's 4th largest smartphone maker. Xiaomi designs, develops, and sells smartphones, mobile apps, and related consumer electronic. Recently, the company shows interest in Africa by launching two (Redmi 2 and Mi 4) of its smartphones in Nigeria. Like other companies (Infinix, Innjoo, Lenovo, Huawei, Wiko....) Xiaomi Mi 4 - General Overview
The Redmi 2 is powered by 1.2 GHz processor, Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 and has a 4.7" HD Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 Protection. With a 1GB ram and 8GB Internal storage that is expendable with a MicroSD up to 32GB no running out of space. Redmi 2 operates on Android 4.4 Kitkat, although upgradable to lollipop.
